This notice explains how FieldMind Robotics handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover any separate agreement you may enter into with us, or third-party websites we link to.

02What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through the contact form and limited operational data needed to run and protect the website. This may include:

• Your first and last name
• Your work email address
• Your company and role
• Your country or region
• The area of interest you select
• Any project stage, project size and message details you provide
• Technical security data such as your IP address, browser user agent, referring page and random anti-abuse session identifiers
• Operational request data such as pages viewed, request path, response status and request duration

03How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started — for example, discussing a pilot, a partnership or a potential deployment.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact form submission alone.

04Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or social media scripts. We record first-party page views and API request outcomes so we can understand site use, investigate errors and operate the service. Web fonts are self-hosted, so viewing the site does not send requests to third-party font services.

The contact form sets essential, first-party security cookies. One short-lived cookie makes each form submission single-use; a longer-lived random browser identifier helps us detect repeat abuse and enforce source blocks. These identifiers do not contain your name, email address or message.

Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, request time and user agent) for security and reliability purposes.

05Where your information goes

Contact form submissions are delivered to FieldMind Robotics and may be processed by service providers we use for email or customer relationship management. Those providers may store data outside your country of residence.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain relevant to an ongoing or potential commercial relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

07Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask a question about how it is handled. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

08Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the company and the website develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
