Last updated 17 August 2026
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the FieldMind Robotics website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02Product information is indicative
The robot configurations described on this site are under development. The imagery is concept visualisation, not photography of shipped hardware, and product configuration is subject to change.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a specification, a performance guarantee, a certification claim or a commitment to commercial availability. Any commercial terms would be set out in a separate written agreement.
03No reliance
We publish this information in good faith and keep it as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current. Do not rely on it when making procurement, engineering, safety or investment decisions without confirming the details with us directly.
04Intellectual property
The FieldMind Robotics name, logo, site content, imagery and design are owned by FieldMind Robotics or its licensors. You may view and share the pages of this site, but you may not reproduce, adapt or republish the content commercially without our written permission.
05Your submissions
When you send us an enquiry, please do not include confidential or commercially sensitive material. Information sent through the contact form is not treated as confidential unless we have a separate written agreement in place that says otherwise.
06Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of sites we do not control.
07Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time without notice.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FieldMind Robotics is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the company and the website develop. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
